Purchase is performed based on Proforma invoice. Buyer can fill on-line form with request for quotation and contact information, or send inquiry to sales@thermotag.eu by e-mail and will receive proforma invoice on mail. Proforma isn’t binding and is valid for 7 days upon creation. Once payment confirmation is received, purchase agreement is considered confirmed.
Delivery
Delivery is performed by GLS courier service. Delivery fee is calculated according to courier service provider’s price-list for each shipment and is included on proforma invoice. Orders will be shipped after payment confirmation is received within 2-5 working days. Buyer must check the condition of received parcel and reject damaged parcel.
